Bf3R Seminar with PD Dr. med. vet. Katja Steiger, Core Facility Comparative Experimental Pathology at the Institute of Pathology, Technical University Munich.

The Bf3R seminars address issues related to the use of animal experiments and alternative methods in basic research and toxicology, as well as the 3Rs. They include a lecture of approx. 30–60 min, followed by a discussion.

2 pm – 4 pm (Berlin time).

The event will be held on site (BfR - Marienfelde) as well as online.

An event of the Freie Universität Berlin, Department of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment.

The Federal Institutes present work results, research and current topics from their respective areas of responsibility: the German Federal Environment Agency on environment-related health risks, the Robert Koch Institute on public health, infections and hygiene and the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment on the safety of food and consumer-related products.

The conference language is German. There will be no translation.
